Kupzi, operated by XPERA (“we”, “us”, or “our”), helps businesses distribute one-time or unique discount codes through SendPulse chatbots. This policy explains what information we process when you use the integration.

Information we process

When you install the app, we receive your SendPulse account ID and app access keys, which let us use the SendPulse chatbot API on your behalf within the permissions you approve. We read the names and IDs of your bots and flows so you can choose them. When a subscriber requests a coupon, SendPulse sends us the bot and contact details for that event. We store the SendPulse contact ID with the assigned code, check that the contact belongs to your bot, write the coupon to that contact’s variables, and start the flow you selected. We do not store the subscriber’s name, email address, phone number, or message content.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate the integration, assign one coupon code per subscriber per campaign, prevent duplicate assignments, show campaign statistics, provide support, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Campaign and coupon data is stored for the account owner while the campaign is active or until the owner asks us to delete it. SendPulse access keys are used only for the integration and are deleted when you uninstall the app. We may retain limited records when required by law or to resolve security and billing disputes.

Sharing and security

We use infrastructure and service providers that host and secure the application. We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can stop using the integration, remove the app in SendPulse, or request deletion of your campaign data. Contact us at office.xpera@gmail.com and include the account or campaign details needed to locate your data.

Children

Kupzi is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
